it might mean the FOXHOUND1 environment variable is not set properly.
You might still be able to start Foxhound; try opening the folder where Foxhound
is installed and directly executing one of the startup command files.
By default, Foxhound is installed in this location on Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\RisingRoad\Foxhound1
and on Vista and Windows 7 it is here:
C:\ProgramData\RisingRoad\Foxhound1
These are the command files which start Foxhound:
